Green Tea

Green Tea helps Fibroids

Green tea now can add another feather in its hat for helping our health.  Benign uterine fibroids, which effect 40% of all reproductive-age women, cause excessive bleeding, anemia and fatigue.  They also make it more difficult to conceive.

Now researchers at Meharry Medical College in Nashville, Tn report that green tea extract has killed the fibroids.  Also, the extract has been able to eliminate fibroid lesions in animals.  More human trials are scheduled for the future.

What is the best Multivitamin?

What is the best Multivitamin?  The best multivitamin should have the twelve essential vitamins that are basic to all multivitamins.  The care components should offer 100 percent or more of the following vitamins and their current daily requirements.

Turquoise a Healing Stone???

Yes, turquoise has healing properties in its mineral makeup!  Years ago, I thought it was only worn by the Native American Indians because it was pretty.  Maybe even easily accessible to them.  But “NO” it was worn because of his healing properties and balancing properties that it possess.

The attributes of turquoise are to provide balance to the spirit and the body.  It is a purification stone that dispels negative energy and clears electro-magnetic smog (computers, cell phones, etc), protection against pollutants in the environment.   It will help to unite the male and female energies, too.  Turquoise will instill inner calm while remaining alert and aids in creative expression by stabilizing mood swings. It also, aligns the all the chakras.

Physically, turquoise is great for exhaustion, depression or panic attacks and the immune system is enhanced.  It helps with the regeneration of tissue while the assimilation of nutrients are increased to help with healing.  Viral infections are helped by wearing turquoise, too. It reduces acidity and benefits gout, rheumatism, cataracts and stomach issues. Turquoise is a anti-inflammatory and detoxifying stone that alleviates cramps and pain. It helps to oxygenate the blood and increase the amount of energy in the physical body.

Many people, in fact, like it because it stimulates romantic love.

Turquoise aids in communication and stimulates the throat chakra, making it easier to express your thoughts.  It empowers those that are shy about sharing their thoughts. Being a wholeness stone it is beneficial to overall well-being and soundness of one’s mood and emotions.  It has the capability to heal the emotional body and relieve stress.

Emotionally, it is a stone for self-forgiveness, self-acceptance and the release of useless regrets.

I now look at Turquoise in a completely different perspective.  Being a lovely stone to wear it can also be such a wonderful healing stone.
