Yes, turquoise has healing properties in its mineral makeup! Years ago, I thought it was only worn by the Native American Indians because it was pretty. Maybe even easily accessible to them. But “NO” it was worn because of his healing properties and balancing properties that it possess.

The attributes of turquoise are to provide balance to the spirit and the body. It is a purification stone that dispels negative energy and clears electro-magnetic smog (computers, cell phones, etc), protection against pollutants in the environment. It will help to unite the male and female energies, too. Turquoise will instill inner calm while remaining alert and aids in creative expression by stabilizing mood swings. It also, aligns the all the chakras.

Physically, turquoise is great for exhaustion, depression or panic attacks and the immune system is enhanced. It helps with the regeneration of tissue while the assimilation of nutrients are increased to help with healing. Viral infections are helped by wearing turquoise, too. It reduces acidity and benefits gout, rheumatism, cataracts and stomach issues. Turquoise is a anti-inflammatory and detoxifying stone that alleviates cramps and pain. It helps to oxygenate the blood and increase the amount of energy in the physical body.

Many people, in fact, like it because it stimulates romantic love.

Turquoise aids in communication and stimulates the throat chakra, making it easier to express your thoughts. It empowers those that are shy about sharing their thoughts. Being a wholeness stone it is beneficial to overall well-being and soundness of one’s mood and emotions. It has the capability to heal the emotional body and relieve stress.

Emotionally, it is a stone for self-forgiveness, self-acceptance and the release of useless regrets.

I now look at Turquoise in a completely different perspective. Being a lovely stone to wear it can also be such a wonderful healing stone.

I was thinking today about what I thought might be the most recognized essential oil. Lavender was the top pick for me. It seems like it is in everything from perfume, bath products, laundry products and even cleaners. It is amazing how much people like the smell of lavender. Truth is I like it, too. So I thought I would share some information about lavender that I found in some of my oil books.

Lavender is well known by many people more for its smell and not it’s healing properties. But the most common use for it is burns. Rene’ Gattafosse, father of aromatherapy, suffered sever burns over most of his body and was healed by using Lavender. His second and third degree burns healed without scaring. Amazing!

It is also great for abscesses, acne, allergies, athletes foot, boils, bruises, dandruff, dermatitis, eczema, psoriasis, ringworm, sores of all kinds, sunburns, insect bites and stings. In addition, it helps to repel lice, helps with colic, irritable bowel, menstrual pain, muscular stiffness, flu, bronchitis, and pneumonia. Those are just a few things that it helps with Physically.

Mentally it calms and stabilizes the mind and heart. By easing nervous tension, worry, panic attacks, hysteria, headaches, depression, hypertension, insomnia, and migraines. Lavender encourages feelings of security, gentleness, compassion, acceptance , inner peace and emotinal balance.

Lavender is known as the “Universal Healing Oil”.

Make sure that you get the highest quality oil that is available for your healing. It is suggested to have “AFNOR” written on it. This will protect you from frauds and incorrect advertising by the oil companies.

If you don’t know where to purchase “AFNOR” products, please contact me. I will be happy to help you.

Let’s go enjoy our Lavender oil and reap the healing properties from it!

They possess frequencies that work with your bodies energy frequencies to heal. They can help with emotional, physical, mental and spiritual imbalances in the body.

In the Bible, Healing Stones are mentioned 1,704 times and in 124 Greek and Hebrew names.

The verses listed below are about the Breastplate that the High Priest wore in the Synagogue and the New Jerusalem’s foundation.

“Then mount four rows of precious stones on it. (Breastplate) In the first row there shall be a ruby, a topaz and a beryl; In the second row a turquoise, a sapphire and an emerald; In the third row a jacinth, an agate and an amethyst; In the fourth row a chrysolite, an onyx and a jasper. “
Exodus 28:17-20
The foundations of the city walls (New Jerusalem) were decorated with every kind of precious stone. The first foundation was jasper, the second sapphire, the third chalcedony, the fourth emerald, the fifth sardonyx, the sixth carnelian, the seventh chrysolite, the eighth beryl, the ninth topaz the tenth chrysoprase, the eleventh jacinth, and the twelfth amethyst.
Revelation 21:19-21
Precious Stones/Healing Stones can be used for Physical, Mental, Spiritual and Emotional imbalances.

Many people carry them in their pockets in small pouches or loose. Also, they can be worn as rings, necklaces, earrings, bracelets and anklets. I carry many healing stones in my Hermitage, Tn office (Nashville area).

The Native American Indians manufactured Turquoise for their healing and spiritual purposes. They understand that God gave the earth minerals for them to use to heal their body and spirit.

My grandparents, also used copper, a mineral, to help with their arthritis and inflammation. The Dr had prescribed the precious mineral for their healing.

Remember : In The Beginning God Created the Heavens and the EARTH. Genesis 1:1 Our God doesn’t create things that aren’t for a purpose to help his people. (US)

Therapeutic Essential Oils VS Aromatherapy Essential Oils

What’s the difference between

Therapeutic Essential Oils and Aromatherapy Essential Oils?

Therapeutic Essential Oils are determined by the purity of the oil and its chemical constituents.
These constituents can be affected by a vast number of variables, they include, parts of the plant, soil conditions, fertilizers (organic), region of growth, climate, altitude, harvesting methods and how they are distilled. Healing aromatic oils can easily be destroyed by high temperature and pressure, as well as chemical reactive metals such as copper.

Aromatherapy Essential Oils are successfully recreated. Chemists change the main constituents and fragrances of some essential oils in the laboratory. So these synthetic oils lack the therapeutic benefits and may carry risks. Inferior quality or adulterated oils most likely will not produce therapeutic results and could possibly be toxic. The most adultrated oils are: Lavender, Frankinscense, Peppermint.

So you need to decide for yourself if you want the Therapeutic Essential Oils that God made or the Aromatherapy Essential Oils that are Man made. Whatever your needs (therapeutic or smell good oils) make an educated decision about which oil will meet your needs or your loved one’s needs. Just be aware that there is a great difference.

AFNOR (Association French Normalization Organization Regulation) & ISO (International Standards Organization) standards, are guidelines to help us determine if we are using therapeutic grade or aromatherapy essential oils.

In 1904, Nobel Prize-winning microbiologist, Dr Eli Metchnikoff discovered that if the body can’t get rid of a toxin, it recycles the substance back into its physiological processes. That can cause serious difficulties when the toxin interferes with normal bodily functions or is a carcinogen (a cancer-causing substance), both of which are good reasons to minimize toxic exposure and cleanse frequently. There are seven distinct organs and organ systems are designed to filter and remove toxins from the body. Together they are called the seven channels of elimination: the liver, lungs, lymphatic system, kidneys, skin, blood and bowel (or colon).

The Liver: is the body’s primary elimination organ. It weighs about 4 pounds and produces 13,000 different chemicals, maintains, 2,000 enzyme systems and filters about 100 gallons of blood daily. Cleaner lifestyle choices such as choosing organic foods (grown without pesticides), limiting your alcohol intake and avoiding cigarettes are better for promoting healthy liver function.

The Lungs: expel carbon dioxide, a toxic waste product that would threaten your life without constant disposal. You need air to live (you inhale and exhale about 10,000 liters of air every day), and your lungs provide the blood with life-giving oxygen while simultaneously disposing of toxic material. Aerobic exercise helps your lungs function more efficiently.

The Skin: is the largest organ of the body; about 15% of your total body weight is skin. It covers and protects the body while employing mucus and perspiration to shuffle toxins out. When large numbers of toxins circulate in the blood and are dispersed into the dermal layers, your skin breaks out. So cleansing and eliminating toxins a, cleanses your skin and helps maintain its healthy structure, reducing the chances of wrinkling and other imperfections.

The Kidneys: clean the blood and help maintain the health of the circulatory system. Research shows that when your kidneys are not functioning at the peak, you are at greater risk for heart disease, heart failure, stroke and death. Cranberries and cranberry juice are key dietary elements that help maintain kidney health.

The Lymphatic System : may be the MOST underappreciated system in the body. However, the flow of lymph (a bodily fluid made up mainly of white blood cells) through organs, tissues, ducts and tubes helps transport harmful toxins to where they can be excreted, and it also assures the delivery of immune cells to the site of infection so that invading pathogens may be destroyed. Regular exercise and Lymphatic Massage with Decongestive Therapy assures the reliable flow of lymph through the body.

Blood: distributes nutrients, gases and hormones throughout the body and carries waste products to the organs in charge of their disposal. A heart-healthy lifestyle that includes exercise and plenty of high-fiber fruits and vegetables can help keep your circulatory system functioning smoothly.

Bowel (Colon): and liver are often viewed as the TWO MOST important channels of elimination. The colon function falters, the toxins in these waste products many be reabsorbed through the colon’s walls during a harmful process known as “autointoxication”. Getting plenty of fiber in your diet, as well as daily supplementation with healthy gut bacteria (probiotics), are crucial for optimum colon function.

Regular internal and external cleansing is essential for healthy detoxification.
